The workforce evolution continues as we continue to see the rise of non-traditional working arrangements; from remote workers to gig workers and conducting business in new territories through Employers of Record.

There are naturally many questions about whether traditional reward models remain fit-for-purpose going forward, and whether they can simply be applied to these new arrangements from tax, legal and administration perspectives. More often than not, new ground must be broken with reward structures either carefully updated or totally overhauled, in order to provide a model fit for the future.
